2011 in progress - In a person's life the tumor is  a moment of deep crisis. Fears, beliefs, difficulties and dangers threatening or altering the mix view of themselves and of the the world.

The most great danger  that the tumor produces is perhaps to disconnect  the individual from others and at the same time to isolate him. This can be prevented in several ways.

The purpose of this work  is to show and prove that the images can be a great help to overcome difficult times. Through them you can rearrange thoughts and emotions, create opportunities to find ,sew or reweave linkages threatened or lost.

If it is true that not only our thoughts, but our cells are affected by emotions, our cell can rebirth and rebuild themselves thanks to new feelings.
Through new images and new emotions we can find the energy and the desire to reconnect to ourselves and to others.

This project is proposed as a photographic work on the dignity of the person who is facing a difficult moment in his life.
The aims and methods of implementation of this project will be presented to  a large number of women who are making or recently completed chemotherapy.

The 50 women will choose the place for their portraits. The selected site has to be linked to their memories and emotions.  They will be also photographed with one object related to their memories.

What I want to create:

-  An itinerant exhibition, in Italy and abroad, with 100x100 cm prints size with all women and their objects.
-  A prestigious book, in limited edition and sold at auction.
